Child Welfare Committees (CWC):

Juvenile Justice Boards (JJB):
1. Members
No of posts: 45 Posts
Moreover, A retired college teacher, doctor or a social worker who had previously been active in job concerning kids will get preference.
Expertise: at least seven (seven) years practical experience of dealing with kids within the field of Education, Health or Welfare tasks.
Observe:
A person will fail in the selection for a participant of this board or committee, if
a. The applicant was convicted under any law.
b. Applicant had ever indulged in child abuse or employment of child labor or some other person rights breach or improper behave
C He / She is retaining this type of full-time job that doesn't let him give mandatory time and attention to the task of this plank,
D. He/She doesn't fulfill the eligibility and practical experience recommended in the Act and rules made thereunder. In such an event the selection committee included under Rule 87 shall proceed after due inquiry. On the establishment of such fact deny his program and also recommend the name of another person from your list of names well prepared for completing the deductions.
E. Individual, included with the NGOs who runs child-care institution (CCI) - kids Home / / Adoption company / / open up Shelter under JJ Act.
